Speaker, Seminar Leader, Consultant
I’m presently in my third career as a professional speaker, seminar leader and consultant, focused on helping organizations evaluate how to design and deliver programs to mitigate the potential impact of baby boomers retiring and leaving jobs that require their knowledge and seasoned skills.
My expertise in organizational development and behavior, retirement life, generational issues, and culture change provides an integrated approach to companies that want to stay in their game and reach bottom line goals.
I’ve been fortunate to work at what I love to do to help people have their best life possible. Now, I am helping pre- and post-retirees understand the huge transition to retirement, and show them how to adapt to this new phase in their lives (this could include working full or part-time). By working with organizations and their employees, my approach to relevant issues will keep companies in business and successful in the marketplace.
For 25 years I provided services in training, coaching, and consulting in the field of Organizational Development and Behavior, and was a professional speaker through my own business: Wiser Ways to Work. During the preceding 10 years, I enjoyed my work as an award-winning public relations professional.
My recent book, Revivement: Having a Life After Making a Living is a guide to support employees as they transition to retirement. I speak professionally and write many articles for newspapers and magazines. I’ve also hosted a Cable interview talk show with business professionals.
